Channel 4 visits Dr. Sue
Did you watch WDIV’s back to school week? No? You missed Dr. Sue and her healthy lunch segment. Everyone has packed a lunch, and today we are trying to be healthier and smarter in what we chose to put in that lunch. We all read labels for carbs, fat and calories, but we often for get about sugar. Dr. Sue evaluated common lunches we would find in any school and gave us some sugar smart options.
